method, or have decided to stay on the old points sytem, then use the
values highlighted in the gray (2nd) column.
All values are rounded to the nearest whole number. Tracking your
points can ensure you stay within your daily and weekly allowance.
If you are not a Weight Watchers member then simply use the Wahoo's
nutrition information to track what you need.
You can count calories, watch your fats and track the number of
carbohydrates you consume while eating out.
