For WW members, you will the SmartPoints, Points Plus and the original WW points values. So be sure to use the column that matches the plan you are following.

If you are not a Weight Watchers member and are using your own weight loss plan, then use the Ryan's nutrition information to track what you need. You can find calories, total fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrates and sugar information. No matter what your diet plan tracks, you are sure to find it here.
