Start your day off right with this healthy Strawberry Yogurt Parfait recipe. With non fat yogurt, fresh strawberries and low fat granola, this is one meal you won't want to skip. Complete with nutrition information and WW points including the new MyWW plan for Green, Blue and Purple.

Strawberry Yogurt Parfait Recipe

The beauty of parfaits is you can change up the layers to get new and unique flavors with each new recipe idea. Just be sure to always adjust the nutrition and Weight Watchers points if you alter this one.

I love this idea for breakfast, brunch a light snack or dessert. Make up enough to have later in the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat, Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Kellogs Low Fat Granola
  • 6 Strawberries, Large (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt and vanilla extract.
  2. In 2 large glasses, place 1/2 cup yogurt in each glass.
  3. Place 1/8 cup granola on top of yogurt in each glass.
  4. Place 1/4 of the strawberries on top of granola in each glass.
  5. Repeat the layers and serve.
