I love this idea for breakfast, brunch or a light snack. With it's creamy sweet goodness your taste buds thanking you. Make up enough to have later in the week.

  • 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt, low fat
  • 1 cup Kellogs Low Fat Granola
  • 6 Strawberries, Large (sliced)


  1. In 2 large glasses, place 1/2 cup yogurt in each glass.
  2. Place 1/4 cup granola on top of yogurt in each glass.
  3. Place 1/4 of the strawberries on top of granola in each glass.
  4. Repeat the layers and serve.

The Smart Points are high on this simple recipe due to the sugars in the yogurt. If you have access to a low carb yogurt, use that instead. I use "carbsmart" yogurt from Krogers and the Smart Points are only 9. Huge difference in sugars.
