Tropical Smoothies Nutrition
Check out the Weight Watchers points and nutrition information for
Tropical Smoothies restaurant. Rather you are headed there for a super
charged smoothie, low fat smoothie or even a sandwich or salad, you can
use these WW points to keep you within your daily allowance.
If you have switched over to the new points plus system, then use
the values highlighted in the pink column. If you have decided to keep
following the old points calculation, then use the values in the purple
column.
If you are not a Weight Watchers member then you can still use the
Tropical Smoothies nutrition information to track what you need. The
nutritional values include calories, total fat, fiber, protein and
carbohydrates. All values (including the points) are rounded to the
nearest whole number.
