For WW members, you will find both the points plus and the original values.

The plus numbers are highlighted in purple in the first column of points.

The next column, shown in gray, are the numbers for the original plan.

So be sure to track the numbers that match the weight loss plan you are following.

If you are not a Weight Watchers member and are using your own weight loss plan, then use the Ryan's nutrition information to track what you need.

You can find calories, total fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrates, sugars and sodium.

No matter what your diet plan tracks, you are sure to find it here.
