Zero Points Plus Foods

fruits vegetables

The list on this page shows the zero Points Plus foods you can add to your daily meals and recipes. No need to track these items, so enjoy them guilt free.

These foods can help keep you feeling full and away from the cookie jar. So add some of these foods without adding additional points plus values to your daily or weekly allowance.

You can have these for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks and enjoy them without the guilt.

The list below of these foods are separated into various groups. Since most fruits and vegetables are now free (zero points) on the plus system, these are not listed individually.

Remember that the fruits and veggies are zero points plus foods only if nothing is added to them. So if you have a fruit cup with no sugar additives and is packed in 100% fruit juice, then it is a zero points food.

However, if you have that same fruit cup that either has added sugar or is packed in a syrup, then the item has a plus value. So be sure to track those points

Same goes for the vegetables. If a veggie is steamed with no oils, then the item is a freebie on the points system. However, if it is cooked in an oil, then there will be some points values to that food item.

If you are unsure, then play it safe and be conservative by calculating and recording your point plus values.

Zero Points Plus Foods List

Use the links below to go to the food category you want or scroll through the entire page to see all the Weight Watchers 0 point foods. When applicable, serving size is noted. If you use more than the serving size listed, then there maybe a points value to that item.

This is not an all inclusive list. If you see a food item missing (that you know is zero points), don't worry about recording those zero points plus foods.
