If you are not a member, then use the Lion's Choice restaurant nutrition information to help you shed some pounds.

The WW points are rounded to the nearest whole value and include both the points plus and original values.

You can find the pts plus in the first column highlighted in purple. 

So if this is your plan, use these numbers.

For those of you who have opted to stay with the original program, use the numbers in the 2nd column highlighted in gray.

For all non members, the Lion's Choice nutrition information is also shown in the table below.

This information includes calories, total fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrates,  sodium and sugars.
