Use these Weight Watchers Points or restaurant nutrition if you are in the mood for Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.

For WW members, you will see two columns of points values.

The first one shows the values for the points plus system.

The second column highlighted in gray shows the numbers for the original points system.

So make sure you grab the correct numbers when tracking your daily and weekly allowance points.

For non-members you can use the Freddy's nutrition to keep you on your weight loss goals.

If you are tracking calories, reducing fats or watching your carbohydrates, you can use the information below.

Additional restaurant nutrition includes fiber, protein, sodium and sugars.
