Who Am I?
my name is Julie and I began this website as my ultimate motivation
for losing weight and keeping it off.
The idea of this website first came to me when I was searching for a
weight loss plan that would fit my lifestyle. I spent several
months researching many websites, some good and some not so great.
Although there are many websites on the subject of Exercise and Weight
Loss, many required you to join just to get to some of the valuable
information like weight loss tips or how to perform a certain exercise.
So, I wanted to share the information I gathered over my many months of
researching with you on this site – for free. There is
nothing to join and there is no membership fee, just free information.
If there is something in particular you would like to see on this site,

me a note to say what you liked or disliked about the site, I would

I get many requests daily from other web developers. These requests
