In addition to the WW points you will find the restaurant nutrition.

There are two columns of points in the table below.

If you have moved over to the new points plus plan, then you want to use the numbers found in the first column (highlighted in purple).

The next column highlighted in gray are the numbers for the original plan.

Just be sure to track and record your points, regardless of the plan, to stay within your daily and weekly allowance.

If you are not a member but still want to shed some pounds, then use the Which Wich nutrition information on this page.
