restaurant. There are 2 columns of points. The first highlighted in
purple are the new pts + values. The second column are the original
values. So be sure to pick the column that matches the weight loss plan
you are following.
For those of you who are not members and tracking points, you can use
Togo's nutriton information to track what you need. These values
include calories, total fat, dietary fiber, protein and carbohydrates.

dressing. Nutrition for all sandwiches (except toasted) is based on white bread. Toasted sandwiches are based on featured bread. Wraps include dressing.
