Here you will find the Weight Watchers points and the Sheetz restaurant nutrition. So if you like to eat out at this place, but are trying to maintain or lose weight, then use this information to keep on track with your weight loss plan.

For the WW members you will find both the original points as well as the new points plus values.

The points plus are highlighted in purple in the first column.

You can find the original WW points in the second column highlighted in gray.

Just be sure to track the numbers that match the weight loss plan you are currently following.

If you are not a member but are on your own weight loss plan, then you can use the Sheetz nutrition to track what you need.

You can count calories, watch your total fats or track your carbs with the information below.

Additional restaurant nutrition includes saturated fat, fiber, protein sodium and sugars. So no matter what you are tracking to stay healthy, you can find it on this page.

Note: Nutrition does not include toppings, cheese, dressings, or anything extra unless otherwise noted. Breakfast Sandwiches include American Cheese.  Sub nutrition is based on wheat bread.  For specialty drinks the nutrition is based on 2% milk, sugar free dark chocolate or sugar free chocolate and no whip.
