The next column shown in gray are the numbers for the original system.

So be sure to use the right numbers that match the weight loss plan you are following.

For non members, with the Perkins nutrition information you can count calories, reduce your carbohydrates or even watch your sodium intake with this information.

Additional nutritional values include total and saturated fats, dietary fiber, protein and sugar information.

Note: Breakfast Classics & Specialties includes fruit cup, toast and sides as stated on menu.
Breakfast Griddles includes butter, syrup and powdered sugar where applicable. Does not include sides.
Breakfast Omelettes do not include fruit cup or toast.
Burgers & Sandwiches includes dressings & spreads. Does not include sides.
Entrees include all sides as stated on menu.
Muffins do not include whipped butter.
Salads do not include dressing or dinner roll.
