If you are a WW member, then use either the original pts values or the new points plus values. Pick the numbers in the columns below that match the plan you are currently following.

For the non members, you can use the OPA nutrition information to help you lose weight while eating out. You will find calories, total fat, saturated fat, fiber, protein carbohydrates, and sodium.
