Luby's Nutrition Information

Here you can find the Weight Watchers points and points plus for Luby's Cafeteria as well as Luby's nutrition information including calories, fat, fiber and carbohydrates. Unfortunately the protein information was not available from this restaurant.

Luby's only lists their "lighter side" menu items on their nutritional information. So the list below is not a complete list of WW points and nutrition for all of Luby's menu items. However, for those of you on the Weight Watchers plan, or even those of you counting calories, the lighter side menu is the best choice for you if you want to stay on track and lose weight. So use the WW points to ensure you are within your allowance. These points are rounded to the nearest value. If you are not a member, track your calories, fat or carbs with the details listed below.

Remember that the grams of protein are an estimate. This means the WW points plus values are a close approximation of the actual values. Please use and track with caution.

Although fresh veggies and fruits are now zero points on the new system, the values below are strictly calculated so these items may show a points plus value. This is because without knowing how the item is prepared, there may be some ingredients used (such as butter) than may be in the nutritional values. So I thought it was best to play it safe and show the calculated points plus values.
