There are 2 columns of points. The first, highlighted in purple are the new points plus values.

The second column highlighted in gray are the values for Weight Watchers original method.

So be sure to use the numbers that match the weight loss plan you are currently following.

If you are not a member then you can use the Eegee's nutrition information to track what you want.

The nutritional data includes calories, total fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrates and sodium.

Knowing the values of the foods you eat helps you keep your weight loss goals. So no matter what you are tracking, be sure to check out this information before heading out to Eegee's restaurant.
