The points plus values are shown in the first column highlighted in purple.

The next column in gray are the numbers for the original points method.

So be sure to track the correct values that match the weight loss plan you are following.

If you are not a member then use the Earl's nutrition information to track what you need.

The nutritional values include calories, total and saturated fats, fiber, protein, carbohydrates, sodium and sugars.
