There are two columns for WW points. The first highlighted in purple is
for points plus values.
The second column (highlighted in gray) are the original points values.
So be sure to use the numbers for the plan you are following.
If you are not a Weight Watchers member, then you can use Bruster's
nutrition information to track what you need.
These values include
calories, total fat, saturated fat, dietary fiber,
protein, carbohydrates and sodium.
So regardless of your dietary needs, you are sure to find the right
information. So grab a frozen treat, track your points or calories, and
lose weight with this information.
