No matter if you are a member or not, you can watch what you eat from A&W with the information on this page.

The point plus values are in the first column of WW information. The next column shows the values for the original system.

Be sure to use the correct numbers when tracking your values in order to stay within your weekly and daily allowances.

For those of you who are not WW members, you can track the nutritional values you need.

You can count calories, curb the carbs or even cut back on total fats using the numbers in the table below.

Additional information includes saturated fat, dietary fiber, protein sodium and sugars.
