Mixed
Berry Popsicle
You will feel like a kid again with
this frozen healthy recipe. Mix and match your berries to get
a variety of tastes with this frozen popsicle fun recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 ounce) frozen mixed berries)
- 1/2 cup orange juice or pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Let berries thaw
- Mix all ingredients together in blender until
liquified
- Pour into popsicle container and freeze
Alternative Pour into ice cube tray or large flat dish.
Then serve in a glass dish, thawing slightly, and eat with a
spoon.
