Strawberry Banana Treat
This blast of strawberry and banana
flavored frozen dessert is a great way to beat the summer heat.
And at just 84 calories a serving, this is a great healthy
recipe for anytime of the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Blend in all ingredients in blender or food
processor
- Scoop into four containers and freeze
- Remove from freezer and serve
It's that easy!
Alternative: Replace strawberries with mixed berries for a
blast of berry taste.
