The math for shifting calories is simple when you know the nutritional value of foods that you usually eat. With calorie shifting you can eat whatever you want as long as you don’t cross the limit. There is a need to breakdown food servings so as to meet your daily requirements.

The mainstay of effective diets are based on calories and shifting these calories. Dieters should consider food sources rich in monounsaturated fats also known as “good fats”. This kind of fat is easily absorbed and broken down by the body. Thus, accumulation of fats in the body is prevented.
